5. Delivery Policy

6. Refunds / Returns Policy
- Cancellations are subject to a 20% handling fee. Requests must be made in writing by the purchaser.
- Refunds cannot be made once a bracelet has been worn due to the sensitive medical data stored on the device. This ensures the safety, privacy, and integrity of each user’s health information.
- If there is significant damage to the stainless-steel tag upon receipt, MLSB® will replace the bracelet within reason.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
7. Medical Information Updates
- MLSB® relies on accurate, up-to-date medical information to provide its services.
- You are required to notify MLSB® within 24 hours of receiving a new diagnosis or updated medical condition from your healthcare provider.
- Updates will only be processed once MLSB® receives the updated medical form from your doctor.
- MLSB® will not be liable for any adverse events arising from outdated or incomplete medical information not communicated within the required time frame.
